About Me
Hi again.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Seattle.
I love working with anxious high-achievers because I know what it’s like to have a great resumé and an inner life that’s anything but. I know what it’s like to do all the “right” things and still feel drained.
We’ve been told that working harder and doing more is always the answer, and that success is an impressive job.
So you strive relentlessly. And then you reach your goal and for some reason, it just doesn’t feel how you hoped it would. Somehow, success hasn’t solved your life’s pain.
I get it. I too have hoped that calm and satisfaction were just one achievement away, and I’ve been sorely disappointed to find out that they’re not.
But I also know how different life can be when we have enough self-knowledge and self-assurance to go after what truly matters to us, and I love helping people through the important work of knowing themselves more fully. As far as I’m concerned, there are few things more exciting.
